Dana has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of real estate development including project acquisition, entitlement, financing, tax planning, real estate law, project management, construction, marketing, leasing and disposition. Dana is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the State Bar of California and is a licensed real estate broker. Dana is a graduate of the University of Southern California and the UCLA School of Law.
Chuck has been with Reynolds & Brown since August of 1982. During that time he has served as Controller, CFO and COO. He has worked closely with Dana Parry for many years assisting with the company’s numerous 1031 exchanges, structuring new ventures and other areas that require a combination of tax, accounting and legal skills. Chuck has a BS in Accounting from University of Montana, a MS in Taxation from Golden Gate University and holds an active CPA certificate.
Kelly joined the Reynolds & Brown team in February of 1996. During her tenure she has been a Property Manager, a Portfolio Manager, and is currently the Vice President, overseeing the marketing and leasing for the Company. She has worked closely with our entire portfolio of tenants in both a management capacity and negotiating lease transactions and renewals. Kelly attended Chico State University and is a licensed real estate broker.
Drew joined Reynolds & Brown in 2001 and is a member of the development team, focused on forward planning, analysis of new acquisition opportunities, entitlement work and project management. Drew is a licensed real estate salesperson and received a BA from Princeton University.
Kathryn originally worked at Reynolds & Brown from 1991-1999 as an assistant property manager and lease administrator and has rejoined the team in 2010 to manage the North 680 and Highway 80 portfolio comprised primarily of retail and office space. Kathryn is a licensed real estate sales person and received a BS from the University of Santa Clara.
Founders
Jon Q. Reynolds has been an investment developer for 44 years. He co-founded Reynolds & Brown in 1967. Jon served as a Trustee of the Urban Land Institute for twelve years, and is Past Chairman of its Industrial and Office Park Council. He is a member of the Urban Land Foundation. He has been the Chairman of the Oakland Housing Foundation, an organization he co-founded, and Chairman of the Policy Advisory Board of the University of California’s Fisher Center for Real Estate and Urban Economics. He was appointed by the Governor to serve on the California Military Base Reuse Task Force. Jon has served as a Commissioner on the Oakland/Alameda County Coliseum Board of Directors and is currently a member of the Oakland/Alameda County Coliseum Foundation. He has served on the Board of Directors of the East Bay Municipal Utility District for nine years, serving as Chairman for five of those years. He has served as a commissioner of the Oakland Housing Authority, as well as many other civic duties, including serving as a member of the Airspace Advisory Commission for Cal Trans. Jon is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley.
The late David A. Brown was one of the co-founders of Reynolds & Brown, a Director and was its President from its inception in 1967 until 1988. Dave Chaired the management committee of Zone 4, LLC, a company that manufactures and sells building connections. Dave was involved in non-profit development work in the Third World. He was a founding member of the Board of Directors of the International Development Exchange, which supports small development projects in less developed countries. He was the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Katalysis Partnership for six years and sat on the Board. Katalysis is involved in providing micro-credit, very small loans, to poor women for small business projects in Central America. Dave was also the Chairman of the Boot Strap Fund that is affiliated with Katalysis. It lends money to Katalysis partners in Central America. Dave was a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley.
